The nurses and assistants are sensitive, attentive and always ready to help and solve problems. They are like “best friends” in every respect. The dining staff provides terrific meals with a large variety of menus. The dining staff treats each individual resident special, as to diet and preferences of food. The food is delicious and there is a variety of options to choose from.

People can drift in and out of one’s life, but the Kensington Park staff and residents are all ‘keepers’. The residents who have stayed in other retirement communities never want to leave Kensington Park. The staff sets the tone for Kensington Park. All residents are treated with respect and sensitivity in all matters. Privacy is strictly maintained.

"When we saw Kensington Park… we knew it would be a wonderful place for our parents. Aside from the beautiful buildings and grounds, the fact that the contract is, essentially, a rental agreement, fit our financial needs perfectly.

The marketing staff was extremely sensitive to our needs, and patiently helped us make several decisions that resulted in signing a contract for a one-bedroom. Mom and dad really love their apartment. It feels like their home of more than 60 years did! Move-in was a wonderful day. People were very welcoming. The staff helped with everything, and mom and dad have never had a moment of regret. They are really becoming involved socially, which is so healthy for anyone, including the elderly.

One of the most reassuring things about Kensington Park is the 24-hour emergency alert system. We know that if there are any problems or health concerns, even in the middle of the night, all mom and dad need to do is push their personal security button. The nurses at Kensington Park are dearly loved by mom and dad. The staff really connects with my parents, and they feel very valued by the rest of the staff.

Finally, the residents at Kensington Park comprise a friendly, nurturing and fun community for mom and dad. I have no doubt that they are making real friends at 88 and 89 years of age. Our family feels very lucky to have found Kensington Park."

A pleasant, if strenuous exercise program by trained physical therapists has given me the opportunity to walk more freely once more, which I could not do before.
